Does anyone like ROBO RALLY? Even if you have no idea what I’m talking about, take my word that it’s an awesome game. Its only down side is that younger kids have a tough time with it. Meta-gamers with kids should absolutely pick up a copy of Duck! Duck! Go! for their kids about 8 and up.

The object of the game is to race your rubber ducky against other rubber duckies around the tub, hitting all buoys before going down the drain. Duckies are programmed using cards that show which direction and how many tiles they can move. Sometimes your duckie has run afowl and can’t go the direction you want it to. You have to then take your turn to bump it against the side of the tub to turn it around. First player to accomplish the arduous task of controlled chaotic tub sailing to all points and then to the drain wins!

As if the pattern finding, forethought, luck and humor of this game wasn’t enough there is an awesome bonus. Out of 100 different rubber ducks to choose from, there are 6 randomly chosen, collectable and utterly adorable duckies in every game! You can go online to order more. They have ninja duckies, pirate duckies, rock and roll duckies, classic monster duckies, surfer duckies and many many more.

Every time I think of how fun this game is and how I can’t wait until my boys are old enough to play, I just get waddled away!
