For 3-6 players ages 8 and up, this 20 minute game may seem short, but expect your gaming group to decide that there is time for "just one more play!"
Game Summary:
Going once! Going twice! Sold to the highest bidder! In this perfectly-crafted bidding game, players are forced to make a multitude of difficult decisions every minute…and that’s just in the first phase of the game!
During phase one, players must decide how much of their spending capital to invest in available properties, knowing that their own actions in the second phase could turn those properties into extremely lucrative bargains or crushing losses.

Will you be able to become a successful real estate mogul? For $ale is fast playing card game where you buy properties, then turn around and sell them. Easy. But can you beat your competition?
Everyone starts with the same amount of money in the form of coins. In the first half of the game, players are bidding on property cards, each with a different value from 1-30. Each round will see one card turned face up for each player. Players then take turn bidding on the properties. At anytime you can choose to pass, and you will pay half of your bid, rounding down, and take the lowest valued property card. Yes you can get a property for free if you do not bid.
Once all of the properties have been auctioned, the second half of the game starts. Now you will be selling your properties. Bid cards will be turned up, again one for each player, and the players will chose one of the properties to sell. Once revealed, the highest property card receives the highest value bid, and the lowest valued property receives the lowest offer. After all of the properties have been sold, players now count up their offers and any remaining coins, and if you have more than the others, you can now call yourself a real estate mogul!
