GameDaze.com - Shipping Policy

Game Daze ships orders via UPS Ground service. We may use the US Postal Service instead depending on the size of the item(s). You will be emailed a tracking number.

A physical address is required (UPS is unable to deliver to a PO Box).

All goods ship from our warehouse in Arizona. We make every effort to ship your order within 1 business day. Note that day of pick up is not considered a day for transit time. Your order will typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, however, transit time varies depending on the destination. You will be contacted if we anticipate that your order will not arrive within two weeks.

If you need overnight, 2-day or 3-day delivery, please contact us at 1-800-396-8511 for quotes and further assistance. If you call after business hours, you may still place your order online and note that you need expedited shipping in the "customer instruction box" as you check out. A customer service representative will call you and provide an expedited shipping quote. The quote will be the exact cost provided by UPS (Game Daze does NOT charge a handling or processing fee).

Domestic Shipping:

Shipping is free for orders over $75. Shipping for orders less than $75 is $6.95 per order*.

* Alaska/Hawaii, you will be notified via email of your shipping charges. Upon confirmation, your order will be processed with the shipping rates applied.

International Shipping (Canada Only):

  • All orders ship via UPS Ground for a flat rate of $20 and Buyer is responsible for all additional duties & fees

Please note that if an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be charged the actual fees to ship the product and the fees incurred to have it returned to us and re-shipped.
