Do you like monopoly? But, hate to play for hours or even days? You will love monopoly deal. Game play of about 15-30 minutes. The concept of monopoly deal is to get 3 full sets to win. Everything is a card, including houses, hotels, properties, and money. Everything is also worth money. Say, you don’t have any money left, but now you owe on a property, you have an action card in your hand worth about the same that you owe your opponent. You may use that action card (or any card) as money. The catch is that some of the action cards will allow you or your opponents to steal properties or even full sets from an opponent. For example: The deal breaker card: Steal a full set from any opponent, including all houses and hotels. And if you have a “Just say no” card in your hand, you can prevent that. Or, Double the rent action card: You can play with a standard rent card and double the rent for that property. There are wild cards and even birthday cards, where all opponents must pay you 2 million.

So, if you like monopoly, but hate how long it takes to play, then this is the game for you. Even if you wanted to play longer you can make it like regular monopoly, instead of just the 3 full sets to win, you can make it 5-6 or however many you want. I love this game, and I hope that you will love it too.

Everybody loves monopoly and its endless number of variants. But what people do not love is the time it takes to play a full game. For all of those monopoly lovers out there that don't have the time to play a full game, Monopoly Deal is the game for you. It's a fast passed, easy to learn, card version of monopoly. A game can last anywhere between 15 minutes and 45 minutes. What is cool about this version of monopoly is the fact that there is a little bit of strategy involved. Not enough to where you could even classify this as a strategy game but just enough to keep it fun and entertaining. There are some unique cards in this game that give it that strategic aspect such as your Sly Deal card, your Just Say No card, your Deal Breaker, and other cards as well. Some of those cards allow you to steal property, trade property, and even cancel your opponent's action. The goal of this game is to have three complete sets of properties and the luck of the draw is not always the best way to go about getting those cards. You are probably going to have to steal some from and opponent. But remember they can do the same to you, but you can always "Just Say No".
