The category cards says At the Beach. The letter card says S. As quickly as possible, slap the "I Know" card and shout out your answer. (It could be "Sand!" "Surf!" "Shells!" "Sandwiches!"...you get the idea.) The player who answers first correctly takes one of these cards. A replacement is flipped, and play resumes. The player with the most cards wins. It's fast, it's fun, it's delightful!
