Shipping Policy
Game Daze ships all orders by UPS with FREE UPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $75.
A physical address is required in order to ship to the customer.
Typically, any order shipped by UPS will arrive within 1-2 week's of date of order, unless item is not in stock at gamedaze.com OR a faster shipping method is selected.
Gamedaze.com will communicate with our customers to inform them as to when the order should arrive if it will be longer than the typical 1-2 week's lead time.

- UPS 2-Day & UPS 3-Day available to the lower 48 U.S. States only*
- Day of pick-up is not considered a day for transit time for UPS 2nd Day, 3 Day Select and Ground.
* Alaska/Hawaii, you will be notified via email of your shipping charges. Upon confirmation, your order will be processed with the shipping rates applied.

International Shipping (Canada Only):
- All orders ship via UPS Ground for a flat rate of $20 and Buyer is responsible for all additional duties & fees
Please note that if an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be charged the actual fees to ship the product and the fees incurred to have it returned to us and re-shipped.
Return Policy
Gamedaze.com accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. All products must be brand new and in original packaging. Products which cannot be resealed are not eligible for return credit. In short, the item must be resellable in order to be returnable, unless item is defective.
Returns of the following items are not allowed:
- Ouija Boards
- Tarot Decks
- Jigsaw puzzles and brainteasers which have been opened. If a puzzle is missing pieces, it may be exchanged for the same puzzle, or the customer can get the puzzle manufacturer's phone number who will replace the missing pieces.
- Electronic games which have surpassed the 30 day return window. All electronic games purchased from gamedaze.com come with a minimum warranty of one year from the manufacturer. Customers who wish to return a defective item past the 30 day return period should contact the manufacturer. (Game Daze will be happy to provide a phone number for customer's convenience)
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned goods which meet the terms of our return policy. The refund amount will be equal to the actual price paid for the returned product, minus the actual shipping cost to have it originally shipped from Game Daze to its destination. The actual shipping cost may be different- and is usually higher than- the standard $6.95 charge for orders under $75, because we usually subsidize the actual cost to ship products via UPS. Therefore, your net refund will usually be different than the total originally paid on an order.
Game Daze is not responsible for any shipping or packaging costs incurred by the customer to return the product to us. We advise customers to use a reliable delivery service and to insure the product to protect against any losses. Refunds will not be done for any products which have been opened or arrived damaged. Please allow approximately 5 business days in transit, and up to 3 business days upon receipt of all required information, to process your refund.
Please note: As a security measure, we do not store credit card numbers for any completed transactions, so we will be unable to process your refund until we have that information. In order to process your refund most efficiently, please include your original order #, and your credit card number and expiration date. You can also call us to provide this information over the phone, or you can email it to info@gamedaze.com.
