Gamedaze.com prices are valid only for Internet purchases and do not reflect prices found in any of our stores.
Shipping Policy
Game Daze ships orders via FedEx Ground service. We may use
the US Postal Service instead depending on the size of the item(s).
You will be emailed a tracking number.
A physical address is required (FedEx is unable to deliver to a PO
Box).
All goods ship from our warehouse in Arizona. We make every effort
to ship your order within 1 business day. Note that day of pick up
is not considered a day for transit time. Your order will typically
arrive within 3 to 5 business days, however, transit time varies depending
on the destination. You will be contacted if we anticipate that your
order will not arrive within two weeks.
If you need overnight, 2-day or 3-day delivery, please contact us
at 1-800-396-8511 for quotes and further assistance. If you call after
business hours, you may still place your order online and note that
you need expedited shipping in the "customer instruction box"
as you check out. A customer service representative will call you
and provide an expedited shipping quote. The quote will be the exact
cost provided by FedEx (Game Daze does NOT charge a handling or processing
fee).
If the value of your order is greater than $75 then the billing address
and the shipping address need to be the same. Unfortunately we cannot
ship to a different address in this case. This is for the protection
of the card holder as well as to us. You may contact us at 800-396-8511
for a case by case exemption to this policy.
Domestic Shipping:
Shipping is free for orders over $75. Shipping for orders less than
$75 is $6.95 per order*.
* Alaska/Hawaii, you will be notified via email of your shipping
charges. Upon confirmation, your order will be processed with the
shipping rates applied.
International Shipping (Canada Only):
- All orders ship via FedEx Ground for a flat rate of $20 and Buyer
is responsible for all additional duties & fees
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable
address there will be an additional shipping fee to re-ship the package
to the correct address. It will be the actual shipping cost of FedEx
or USPS, whichever is less.
If a customer requests that the package be shipped to a different
address after it has been picked up by FedEx, there will be an additional
charge of $11 to have the package intercepted and re-routed. This
intercept option is not available for packages shipped via USPS.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility: Gamedaze.com accepts returns
within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in brand new, unused,
undamaged and in original sealed packaging to be eligible for return
and full refund. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from date
of purchase. Products which cannot be resealed are not eligible for
return. Game Daze reserves the right to refuse a returned item if
product has not been sold at Game Daze in the prior 30 days or if
it does not meet the other conditions cited in this Return Policy.
Returns of the following items are not allowed under any
circumstances. These are FINAL sales:
- Opened items not sealed and/or not in original condition; played
or used games
- Clearance Items (applies to in-store purchases)
- Role-Playing Games/RPG Books
- CCGs (Collectible Card Games)
- Miniature Collectible Games
- Casino Tabletops & Layouts
- Ouija Boards
- Tarot Cards
- Brainteasers & similar style puzzles
- Pranks products
- PlasmaCars
- Magic products
- Edible products
- ToySmith Novelty Products
- Jigsaw puzzles which have been opened. If a puzzle is missing
pieces, it may be exchanged for the same puzzle if it is in stock,
or the customer will need to contact the manufacturer to obtain
replacement pieces.
- Any products containing CD's, DVD's, or any electronic or battery-operated
products. If such a product is defective and still under manufacturer
warranty, the customer will need to contact the manufacturer directly
for replacement. We will provide manufacturer's phone numbers to
assist you in replacing defective merchandise.
Re-Stocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% of
the product's regular selling price may be charged to enable us to
convert a product to re-saleable condition if the product is not fully
in its original condition. Damaged, broken, or incomplete items are
not eligible for a refund or exchange credit.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned goods which meet
the terms of our return policy. The refund amount will be equal to
the actual price paid for the returned product, minus the actual shipping
cost to have it originally shipped from Game Daze to its destination.
The actual shipping cost may be different- and is usually higher
than- the standard $6.95 charge for orders under $75, because we often
subsidize the actual cost to ship products. Therefore, your net refund
will usually be different than the total originally paid on an order.
Game Daze is not responsible for any shipping or packaging costs
incurred by the customer to return the product to us. We advise customers
to use a reliable delivery service and to insure the product to protect
against any losses. Refunds will not be done for any products which
have been opened or arrived damaged. Please allow approximately 5
business days in transit, and up to 3 business days upon receipt of
all required information, to process your refund.
If a package sent via FedEx is refused and returned to us, the amount
refunded will be less the cost of the return fee that Game Daze will
be charged by FedEx.
Please note: As a security measure, we do not store credit card numbers for any completed transactions, so we will be unable to process your refund until we have that information. In order to process your refund most efficiently, please include your original order #, and your credit card number and expiration date. You can also call us to provide this information over the phone, or you can email it to info@gamedaze.com.
